What we collect, and why
Only what you type into a form, plus anonymous counts. No advertising, no tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your data with anyone for marketing.
📬 Deep Tech Radar emails
Your email address, the form you signed up from and the time. Used to send the weekly Radar.
🔔 Funding-deadline alerts
Your email address, the TRL and sectors you picked. Used to email you when a matching call is announced and before it closes. You confirm by email first.
🗺️ "Email me this plan" (TRL self-check)
Your email address and TRL stage. Used to send the plan you asked for; we keep a note of the request and may reply to you personally.
🚀 Project submissions (/submit/)
Your name, role, email, optional phone and LinkedIn profile, details about your project and team, and any links you add (deck, video, website). Used to assess the project for investment or support and to reply to you.
🤝 Expressions of interest (/invest/)
Your name, email and the answers you give (ticket size, format, timing, how you'd help). Used to follow up on the opportunity. An expression of interest is non-binding.
🗳️ Votes and game scores
Forecast votes and weekly challenge scores are stored as anonymous totals. To stop double voting we keep a short one-way hash of your IP address and browser, which can't be turned back into either.
📈 Visitor statistics
We count visits, pages and button clicks with Umami, which uses no cookies and doesn't store IP addresses or build profiles of visitors.
💾 Stored only in your browser
Game progress (daily streak, best scores, the "Start here" path) and form drafts are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device; clear your browser data to remove them.
Who else handles the data
- Hostinger hosts the website, stores the form data and sends our emails.
- Umami provides the anonymous visitor statistics.
Both act on our instructions under data processing terms. Form data is stored outside the public website and can't be reached from the web.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to limit how we use it, to object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@dynumerics.ai and we'll reply within 30 days.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
